(180). Temperature was probably in the mid 70s, and dew point was probably in the upper 60s. I expected a relatively cool, dry morning but felt much hotter during the race than I expected. The course was hilly. The first mile was mostly downhill. The second was mostly uphill. The third contained several ups and downs. Running 5:45 pace for the first, downhill mile was not hard but wasn't as smooth as in Lefkada. Once we started going uphill in the second mile, I was surprised how slow I was going and how tired/hot I already felt. Apparently I was worn out and discouraged enough by the end of the second mile that I couldn't manage to speed up at all after that. A disappointing race.
