6 mile jog. Felt fine. Took yesterday off in order not to get ahead of myself, since I spent a lot of days not running the past two weeks. But my back/hip felt tighter yesterday from not moving until afternoon, and even then I only walked. Running clearly helps it. I just don't want to run too much too soon both for that area and for some other weak part like calves. Pigeon pose glute stretches on both sides afterwards seemed to help.
