2 x 2 mi. T @ 6:26/mi. Slow but finally I could hold a pace. I was pretty tired during the last mile but ok before and after that. Next time I should be able to stay under 6:20 pace for 2 x 2 and then do just whatever I can after that. Pedestal, myrtl.
