Notes: Pretty much the quintessential easy 6. A excellent mix of flat, hills, and relatively high foot traffic. Since 2017-2018, there's also a bike path connecting on Seminole, which turns this from a run that can be sketchy to a run that you could run at midnight with no lights mostly safely with regard to cars.
