These Kinvaras are getting close to the end of life - they have worn out super quickly, which I attribute to not having a particularly robust shoe-road interface. There's a reason that the Adidas Bostons are my jam - they have reasonable life and aren't shredded at 300 miles, at least in part because they have rubber soles.
