pre-Bowling!

Attempted and semi-successful tempo. Not great - left knee started twanging at 3.5, so I cut the rest of the tempo short. Also, awkward pace here - too fast for marathon, too slow for 10k pace, but I was also redlined most of the way.

Felt not amazing and had the beginnings of a headache immediately post run. Weird feeling - ran in shorts!!
