EDIT: Didn't have a workout in the cards this week. Forced this run a little bit before making tacos with chicken (my hamburger went bad :(.) Turns out, if you cook chicken with the taco seasoning and then add a can of tomatoes and green peppers (and fry some onions before) mixing everything together, it's really good. Served on a tortilla over rice with cheese. And it means I still have beans and chiles for enchiladas.

Run itself - eh. Roads were garbage and icy and slushy. But running up PD was not that bad. Slightly shorter because I cut around the inside of the Walgreens.
