Round 3 of running!
Frustrating run, to be honest. Waited until 10 to start, since Maria called her dad - that's fine, but we didn't communicate that it would be a longer call. Then we decided on out and back on the bike path, which is fine but kind of dull. That said, Sunday morning is super busy and Maria and I don't run in packs well. So we were snippy while running because I warn the people I'm running with about obvious things like bike back.
Just bad communication, compounded by Maria deciding that 8:15 pace was lame and that we should sprint the last three miles in the excessive heat. So that's great.
Not in a great headspace today or yesterday (June 21 and 22).
