1.25 warmup, 5.5 at GMP, 1.25 cooldown
Probably going to run out and back on the bike path by Fish Hatchery
No workout, just a hair harder than easy. But only a hair, so I'm okay with this. I hit a groove at about mile 3, so I just kept going. Health notes - outside of right knee was twanging on the first mile or so. Left inner groin/thigh was a little tender on the first dozen strides. Bottom back (end of the arch) on my right foot was chirping a touch.
Post run, none are issues. I'd like to keep it that way, so tomorrow might be off.
EDIT: Random thoughts on a Friday where three of my scheduled meetings have been cancelled. My last zero week was October 2016. This year, my low week is 15.2. That's neat.
