Ran once around Staring Lake - the first mile was very, very icy. I had slightly too much at breakfast, so my stomach was disagreeing with me for the entire first 5 miles. Finished up with Maria, then added on 10 minutes up the road by the airport.
My stomach is still a little disagreeable (frown), so maybe no long run this week?
