One mile that was about 15 seconds slow due to waiting at a light. Otherwise, this was a good run, despite no food or water. Up the bike path all the way to Camp Randall and back.
I was originally aiming for 8 minute miles, but I ended up being a little quicker than that. This was a chilly run; footing was generally good, but there's two or three icy sections on the bike path.
