It is challenging to run miles 2-4 of this run easy and evenly. For some reason, mile 2 is usually quick despite a relatively large hill, then mile 3 is screaming because there's a really big drop, mile 4 is... just quick, I guess.
Fell at the mile mark, which wasn't great. Managed to slow down enough that it was mostly controlled directly onto my knees. Post run, they sting a little, but otherwise feel okay.
