I joined this site back in 2006 but the mapping tool always crashed on me. Back again now & everything seems to be great. Most of my running/ racing was done in the 80s & 90s. I was a member of a running club & all that. I've never stopped running but these days it's jogging 20-35miles per week rather than running 50-65 miles per week.

I like being able to run for miles. dont need no bus, dont need no car.
|Why I started running:
I bought a pair of Nike Pegasus in 1985. After a week or two I thought; huumm? these are running shoes- I'd better go for a run.
