Strides were pretty good. Legs felt tight during the first couple of reps, but loosened up after that the and the final three strides were definitely better with very good turnover. Completed side pedestals with leg lifts (5 lifts x 2), Cannonball routine, and leg circuit exercises post workout. Side pedestals with leg lifts were solid. Cannonball exercises slightly improved. Australian crawl exercise was marginally less uncoordinated. Leg circuit exercises were pretty good.
