Notes

1000 meter (5/8s mile) intervals. Took first one conservatively and it ended up being slightly slow. Adjusted in 2nd interval and remaining four were consistent and strong with cadence for all of them in the 188 to 192 range. Good steady effort in the intervals although did have to increase effort slightly in the last interval to keep the pace up. Very solid track workout.
