5 sets of 5 x 200 meter+ (1/8 mile) with 30 seconds rest between intervals and 3 minutes rest between sets.

Consistent speed and great cadence all 5 sets. Last couple intervals in each set were difficult, but able push through and keep speed under target with slight increase in effort.
