Notes

First outdoor run since injury. Ran with group so ran a little faster than I had planned. Felt good through 2 3/4 miles, but just before 3 mile mark felt some cramping in the middle of hamstring, not same as before -- more like a knot or tight spot. Stopped running and walked for 1/4 mile. Tightness was gone & hamstring was not sore so I resumed running and finished last .81 miles at normal stride. Much better than last Saturday. Really no soreness during run and very minimal soreness in the hamstring after the run. Went well so will plan on adding a third short run next week.
