Strong Run. Ran 1st 8 miles with friend & she helped keep pace steady. Pace slowed some in miles 9, 10 & 11 because Prairie Path was mush & puddles going west so footing was difficult. Switched back to the street in mile 11 and pace dropped back to the earlier miles so I suspect my effort in the slower miles was consistent. Ignored tiredness in last 3 miles and just kept running at same effort. Ran this entire run by feel as I did not check splits or pace til after I got home.
