Overall a pretty good 20 miler. First 15 miles were very solid & I felt great. I ran four 5 mile out and backs, partly on the Prairie Path (lots of ruts & still frozen) and partly on the street. Miles 1-5 and 11-15 were the exact same out and back

with almost identical results. Last five miles were somewhat of struggle & I had to take a couple of extra stops to

give my legs a short rest & refocus a little. Despite the extra stops, I still was running pretty well during those last five miles. I think some of the struggles I was having were partly because the last five miles were more rolling than the previous 15 & I had a tough time negotiating the inclines on tired legs and also partly because, with the 18 miler on Sunday, I ran almost 68 miles this week, which is by far the most I've ever done. Did Myrtl routine, pedestal routine (45 seconds x 2) & leg circuit after the run. 45 second pedestals solid on all reps & leg circuit exercises all performed more comfortably.
