Excellent run. No issues with my leg & felt stronger the longer I ran. After a very comfortable warm up, hit marathon effort very early in the first mile of that section and then was able to maintain to the end of the 50 minute section. Rant the entire 50 minutes at a hard, but well controlled, effort & had lots left at the end of the race pace section. Cool down was very easy and felt good. Completed full set of exercise routines after the run.
