Excellent interval workout. Warm up miles were comfortable and a very relaxed, easy effort. Interval miles felt great. Effort was hard, but definitely controlled, as I never felt like I was pushing the pace and in both of the intervals felt as if I was holding back just a little during all four interval miles. Cool down again was a very easy effort after the harder intervals and I still felt pretty good at the end of the workout & with lots left. Completed full set of post run exercises.
