Cruise Intervals. 0.375 mile intervals (603.5 meters) with long rest (about 3:30 to 3:45 between reps). Solid, comfortable speed in all six repetitions. Lots left at end could have done several more intervals at same pace. Did not force pace during any of intervals. Will shorten rest for next interval workout.
