Another really good run. Warm up was relaxed and consistent. Easily picked up the effort at the start of the first 2 mile interval and ran the entire two miles at a steady pace that felt almost effortless. Effort was definitely harder than the warm up, but very controlled as I felt I could have picked it up to another gear at any point. After about a 3 minute recovery jog, ran the 2nd interval. It was pretty much a repeat of the first one, but I did pick it up slightly in the last mile.

Not only felt great at the end of the intervals, but felt I could've run another 2 mile interval at the same pace and effort with no problem. Cool down mirrored the warm up and felt relaxed and consistent to the finish. Finished pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, & leg circuit 2 exercises after the run.
