Repeat of last Wednesdays Fartlek workout. Definitely stronger this afternoon -- less rest between intervals than last week. Took the first 3 minutes fast a little slower (just under 9 min/mile) and than picked up pace a little in each succeeding fast section. This was also reflected in cadence data -- 1st fast section was at 178. The cadence got a little faster in each successive fast section with last two between 186 & 190. Hamstring again felt very good.
