Notes

Ran on indoor track because started too late to get workout in before darkness. Solid workout. Very consistent miles at high end of pace range. Hard workout but felt in control for all six repeats.. Definitely tired during last two intervals, but kept 5th mile under 9 min/mile pace. Started last mile very slowly was running only a 9:20 pace for first third of a mile, but was able to push pace harder last 2/3rds to bring pace down to 9:04.
