Hill workout: 1 minute 6% incline (avg 5.7 mph) alternated with about 80 seconds recovery @ 1% incline (5.5 mph) x 8 repetitions. 1 minute (30 sec 6% & 30 sec 7% inlcine) @ 5.7 mph alternated wtih about 80 seconds recovery @ 1% incline (5.5 mph) x 1 repetition. Then 1 minute 7% incline (5.7 mph) with same recovery x 1 repetition.
