Very good run on the outdoor track. Consistent pace & turnover in the mid-80s for the first 6 miles. Last 2 miles felt good & with only minimal increase in effort increased turnover to upper 80s and dropped pace to 9:41 in mile 7 and 9:30 in mile 8. Felt in control the entire distance and would have been able to run several more miles at the same level. Perfect tune up run for Thursdays race.
