Solid run. Steady & consistent with very easy effort entire distance. Ran with a friend from the ERC & were able to talk non stop for all 8 miles so effort was definitely easy. Variations in pace reflected changes in grade & wind conditions & not an increase or decrease in effort. Felt great after the run. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, Core X routine & leg circuit 2 after the run.
