Very well executed set of intervals. About as well as I could run this workout at this point of training. Comfortable and relaxed warm up. Intervals were sharp and strong with a very even effort in all five intervals. Did feel a little fatigue in the final two intervals, but I pretty much ignored this & ran the final two intervals with the same effort and speed as the first three. Cool down miles were a repeat of the warm up miles & felt very easy after the harder effort in the intervals. Felt fully in control of the effort for the entire workout. Completed the full set of post run exercises after the workout.
