Legs felt really good on all five repetitions..Strides were surprisingly good after all the mileage in the past 8 days. . Turnover for all the reps was right where it has been high during the past couple of weeks. Completed Myrtl routine and pedestal routine (40 seconds x 2) post workout. All pedestal reps were solid for the entire 40 seconds.
