Very strong set of strides. Did feel a little tight during the first stride, but reps 2 through were great as I was running just a little farther for 30 seconds than I have been during the past month. Reps 2 through 5 had consistently good speed and very high turnover. Pedestals x 2 (45 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the strides.
