Tempo intervals: 3 x 1 1/4 miles with 2 minute recovery jogs in between intervals. Solid effort after Sunday's race. Despite legs being a slightly fatigued from Sunday, was able to comfortably run each interval with consistent pace and consistent turnover (180 to 184),
