Notes

Steady and relaxed effort the entire distance. Felt strong and in control of effort & pace all six miles. The consistent, strong effort resulted in the slow, steady increase in speed.for the first five miles. Then pushed it slightly in the final 3/4s of a mile, with only a minimal increase in effort to finish strong. Lots left at the end of the run.
