Solid, well executed workout. After a relaxed, comfortable warm up, ran the first segment very conservatively, running comfortably hard for about the first half mile & then slowly, but steadily, picking up the effort over the last half of the segment. For the remaining 3 segments, I still ran the first half mile conservatively (although a little faster) & then had plenty left to pick it up the "half marathon" effort & finish the last half of each segment strongly. I felt in control of effort and pace throughout all four segments and could've run a couple more of these segments as I still had a lot of energy left at the end of the workout. Ran a cool down that mirrored the warm up & then completed the full set of exercise routines after the cool down.
