Solid long run. Some minor knee and calf soreness at beginning of run but 3 miles into the run soreness totally gone and felt comfortable for rest of run. Slowed down to 11:0 in mile 9 because I stopped and waited for friend to catch up and ran with her in miles 9 & 10. Then finished last six on my own. Legs felt tired after mile 13 but pace continued to drop over the last 3 miles despite the tiredness. Felt pretty good at end of the run considering the longer distance.
