Notes
Conditions much better than last week but still a bit humid. Ran miles 5-8 very conservatively but felt pretty good by end of mile 8 so pushed last two miles a little harder. Good overall run & still felt pretty strong at end.
Nutrition notes:
Friday dinner: Cup of whole wheat pasta and sauce. Steamed brussel sprouts. Banana.
Saturday. Energy bar one hour before start. Banana twenty minutes before start.
Gatorade 4-6 oz every two miles. Gel packet after 4 miles and after 8 miles.
