Pretty good tempo run. Definitely better than the last two weeks. Legs did not feel as fresh as Tuesday & Wednesday, but still felt strong enough to run hard the entire tempo portion. By the time I ran, temps had gotten into the low 70s. So even though the humidity wasn't bad, the sun and warmer temps did slow down the pace slightly. Still I maintained a consistent effort for the tempo portion and then cruised the last cool down mile. Overall a decent run, but more work to be done. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, & leg circuit 2 after the run. Was able to do 15 russian hamstrings on each leg this time. L ups are still the hardest new exercise, Was able to 12 of L ups this time before my form started to deteriorate.
