Back on track with a very well executed tempo run. Warm up mile was steady and relaxed. Found "half marathon effort/ pace" in the first half mile of the tempo portion, then had no trouble maintaining the same effort to the end of the five mile tempo section. Half mile splits were extremely consistent. Had good control of effort & pace during the entire tempo run. Still felt strong with lots of energy left at the end of the tempo section & cool down mile was a very easy effort after the harder effort during the tempo portion. Completed full set of exercise routines after the run.
