Excellent interval workout. Two mile warm up was just a continuation of last night's run -- very relaxed & comfortable effort. Took the first interval conservatively for the first half mile & then finished it strong. Ran a solid "5k effort" in interval 2 and maintained that effort for the entire mile. Felt a little tired during the 3rd interval, but the first half mile was only a couple seconds slower than interval 2 & I was able to push the pace & effort a little more in the final half mile. Solid "5k effort" for the entire distance in all three intervals. Cool down was comfortable and a very easy effort after the harder intervals. Completed full set of exercises after the workout..
