Notes

Cruise intervals 5 x 5/8s mile alternated with 200 meter recovery jogs. Then 2 x 200 meter strides alternated with 200 meter recovery jogs. Excellent execution on cruise intervals. Ran all five at a medium hard effort plus got a little faster with each successive repetition. The three 200 meter strides were also very strong.
