Well executed set of tempo intervals. Warm up mile relaxed and comfortable effort. Fell into "10k" effort early in the first half mile of the first tempo interval & maintained that effort to the end of the interval, running through some discomfort during the last 1/4 mile. After nice steady 5 minute recovery jog, was able to resume "10k" effort almost immediately and held it to the end of the interval. The last 3/4s of a mile of the 2nd interval were a bit of a struggle, but I pushed through the discomfort. Again after a nice steady recovery jog, picked up the "10k" effort in the final interval. The 3rd interval was on a more forgiving grade so maintaining the "10k" effort for the entire interval was a bit easier than the first two. Cool down mile was a very easy effort after the harder interval effort. Completed exercise routines after the run.
