Notes

5 x 1 mile intervals alternated with 1/2 mile recoveries. Then 3 x 200 meter strides alternated with 200 meter recoveries. Mile intervals were solid &, although mile splits were comparable to same workout 3 weeks ago, the intervals just felt better in that I was more in control pace nicely & was able to maintain a strong hard effort through all five repetitions.
