Ok run. Pace & cadence were steady all four miles, but still struggled from about the 2 1/2 mile mark to the end. All three mid-week runs this week were slightly better than last week, but running fitness remains low as I consistently start feeling fatigue and discomfort just before 3 miles. Wasn't really sure how much of that this week was due to the long layoff & how much was due to cold & cold medication. Mid-week evening runs have always been difficult after a full work day, but seem to more so now when I'm trying to rebuild mileage and running endurance.
