Strides were pretty good even though my legs were definitely more tired than yesterday. Cadence was slightly slower but still pretty good. Averaged 196 for the five strides with peak of 212 for reps 1 to 4 and 214 for rep 5. Pedestal routine (45 seconds) x 2 and Myrtl routine after finishing the strides. Solid 45 seconds for the first set on all pedestals. Solid 45 for front & back pedestals, but about 42-43 seconds for both side pedestals.
