Very good run at recovery effort/pace. Leg and glutes felt fine and absolutely normal with no setbacks after yesterday's long run. Ran with a group from the ERC for all six miles & effort was steady & conversational for all six miles. Very humid conditions so I did take a couple extra stops to hydrate, but form & effort held up nicely for the entire distance right through the humidity. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the run.
