Notes

Legs felt pretty tight during first 3-4 miles so I took it at the high end of the pace range. After that I started feeling much better and picked up the pace and was pretty steady and consisted from miles 5 through 12 and was able to finish mile 12 with a little kick and slight increase in turnover during the last half mile. Pedestal routine x 2 and Myrtl routine after run.
