Very solid workout with very good execution. Warm up was comfortable & relaxed. No problem picking it to a hard, but controlled, ("half marathon effort) in the first 10 minute section & was able to repeat the process in all of the remaining "hard" sections. Effort was very consistent with the variations in pace more related to how much of each section was run on an upgrade or on a down grade rather than to any increase or decrease in effort. Still almost as strong in the fifth 10 minute section as I did in the first. Recovery were very easy & seemed to set me up nicely to hit the targeted effort in the next "hard" section. Cool down felt good & still had something left at the end of the workout. Completed the full set of exercise routines after the run.
