Notes

Solid run. Comfortable and relaxed all six miles. Hamstring felt much improved so much so that I wasn't even thinking about it until after I finished. Got into a great running rhythm by the end of mile 1 and kept it through mile 6. 2 sets Pedestals w/ lifts x 5, Cannonball routine & leg circuit exercises after the run.
