Notes

Strong, steady, but controlled, run. Consistent effort the entire distance. Actually felt stronger during the last half of the run. Pedestals w/ leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit after the run. All the exercises really feeling effective & part of the workout routine.
