A solid, steady run even if I had to retreat to the indoor track to avoid the wind & cold. I was really focused on each mile rather than the endless circling. Was a little sluggish early but about 4 miles into the run I started feeling better and got much stronger as the run continued. Legs felt a little tired by the time I hit the 13 mile mark, but effort and cadence never wavered & I was able to run the last four miles as well or better than the first four. Full set of exercise routines after the run.
